摘要
以浙南地区位于温州市城区环境空气质量相对较差的瓯海区为例,根据2010-2015年区域空气自动站位监测数据,并结合典型功能区空气采样监测结果,分析了瓯海区主要大气污染指标年、季、日变化特征和空间分布特征。对污染成因分析的结果显示,瓯海区环境空气质量虽趋于好转,但由于受地形"三面环山"、产业结构"低小散"、能源结构较为单一等因素影响,细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))、臭氧(O_3)等污染仍然突出。在此基础上提出了加快推进产业结构调整、优化能源结构、严格控制机动车尾气污染、强化城市扬尘治理以及优化城市建设布局等针对性防治对策与建议。
In southern Zhejiang region, a study took Ouhai District, an urban area of Wenzhou City with relatively poor ambient air quality, as an example. Based on the data obtained from areal automatic air monitoring stations in the period of 2010 ~ 2015 combined with the results of air sampling in typical functional areas, the characteristics of annual, seasonal and diurnal variations and spatial distribution of major air pollution indicators in Ouhai District were analysed. Findings indicated that although the ambient air quality was being improved, the pollution of fne particulates (PM2.5) and ozone (O3) in Ouhai District was still prominent owing to the facts of its terrain surrounded on three sides by mountains and unitary industrial and energy structures. In this respect, the study has proposed relevant countermeasures and suggestions such as accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure, optimising the energy structure, strictly controlling the motorised vehicle exhaust pollution, strengthening the urban fugitive dust control and optimising the layout of urban construction, and etc.
