基于BIM软件中光热环境下的绿色建筑研究——以贵州喀斯特黔中传统民居为例

Research on Green Buildings Based on BIM Software in Light and Thermal Environment——A Case Study of Traditional Residential Houses in the Central Karst Area of Guizhou Province

摘要 选取冬季作为调研季节,对贵州黔中地区青岩古镇民居进行温度数据调查,及进行光环境BIM软件模拟。结果表明:结合实测温度数据以及软件模拟分析,贵州黔中地区青岩古镇民居在房屋保温舒适度方面较好,冬季室内温度为10.5~14.5℃,民居室内保温性能良好;室内空间光量度低或形成局部暗阁,民居光环境并不理想。说明民居保温舒适度与建筑材料、建筑构造有关;光环境舒适度与房屋进深、门窗洞口大小、门窗洞口数量有关。并总结了两种适合贵州黔中地区的建筑绿色改善方法。 Selecting the winter as the season of investigation, the temperature data in residential houses of Qingyan ancient town in the central area of Guizhou province was investigated, and the temperature was simulated by light environment software. In this study, the field investigation and BIM software simulation methods were adopted to research the green buildings which are peculiar dwelling houses in Guizhou under light and thermal environment. The results obtained by measured temperature data and software simulation show that the residential houses in Qingyan ancient town in the central area of Guizhou province are good in terms of thermal comfort degree. The indoor temperature in winter is 10.5~14.5℃, and the indoor thermal insulation performance is good. The indoor light degree is low or there is some shade, so the residential light environment is not so good. Thus, it can be concluded that the insulation and comfort of residential buildings is related to building materials and building structure. The comfortableness of light environment is related to the depth of houses, the size and the number of doors and windows. At last, two suitable improvement methods for green buildings in the area of Central Guizhou were summarized.
