摘要 针对永磁直流电机低速运行存在齿槽转矩扰动的问题,设计了一种基于降阶观测器和复合非线性控制器的永磁直流电机低速控制方案。考虑到齿槽转矩是一个快速的时变干扰并具有周期性特点,故针对其建立了一个非线性变参数高阶模型。基于非线性变参数高阶模型,设计了一个降阶观测器来估计齿槽转矩,并分析了观测器的鲁棒性。应用复合非线性方法设计了转速控制器,以获取较优的控制性能。最后,进行了永磁直流电机低速运行试验,试验结果验证了新型控制具有较高的控制精度。 Aiming at the problem of cogging torque disturbance in low speed operation of permanent magnet DC torque motor,a low speed control scheme of permanent magnet DC torque motor based on reduced order observer and nonlinear complex controller was designed. Considering that the cogging torque is a fast time-varying interference and has periodic characteristics,a high-order model of nonlinear variable parameters was established. Based on the high order model of nonlinear variable parameters,a reduced order observer was designed to estimate the cogging torque and the robustness of the observer was analyzed. Then,a nonlinear complex controller was designed to control the speed to obtain a better control performance. Finally,the low-speed operation test of permanent magnet DC torque motor was carried out. The experimental results verify that the new control has high control precision.
