摘要
胡底煤业前期采用顶板岩巷布置下行穿层钻孔对煤巷条带瓦斯进行预抽,存在钻孔成孔率低,抽采效果差的问题。因此在1303采面采用底抽巷布置上行穿层钻孔的方式,并从钻孔布置方式、施工工艺及封孔工艺方面进行了改进,抽采效果有了明显提高,单孔抽放浓度均在50%以上,抽采达标时间缩短,为矿井的安全生产提供了保障。
In the early stage of Hudi Coal Mine, the gas of coal roadway was pre-pumped by using roof rock roadway, which has low hole porosity and poor extraction effect. So at the bottom of 1303 mining face, cross drainage drilling is made use of , and the drilling arrangement, construction technology and hole sealing technology are improved. As a result, the extraction effect has increased signifcantly, puckering drainage concentration is over 50%, and the extraction standard time is shortened, which has provided safeguard for the mine safety production.
