摘要 供热计量是节能减排的重要手段,通过建立供热计量与能耗监测平台,采集供热数据,并对热源效率、热力网工况、用户耗能等相关数据加强统计分析,开展供热能耗诊断,可充分发掘节能潜力。同时数据的累积与分析也为政府及供热部门推进供热计量和节能改造提供必要依据,从而实现科学的、高效的节能减排,推动资源节约型和环境友好型社会的建设。介绍了供热计量与能耗监测管理平台技术解决方案的设计。 Heat metering is one of the important means of energy saving and emission reduction. Through the establishment of a heat metering and energy monitoring platform, heating data can be collected, heat efficiency, heat network condition, user energy consumption and other related data can be analyzed and the heating energy consumption diagnosis can be carried out to fully tap the potential of energy saving. At the same time, the accumulation of data and analysis will provide the basis for the implementation of heating metering and energy saving transformation by the government and heat supply departments to achieve the scientific and efficient energy saving and emission reduction and promote the building of a resource-saving and environment friendly society. The design of the technical scheme of a heating metering and energy monitoring management platform was introduced.
