小弹性模量非金属-钢摩擦轮机构传动比的两次逼近设计

摘要 一系列的研究表明,传统的小弹性模量非金属-钢摩擦轮机构设计完全不计接触区摩擦轮在半径方向的弹性变形,因此,部分非金属-钢摩擦轮机构实际传动比偏离设计值往往会达到不可忽视的程度。本文应用弹性力学理论,将非金属摩擦轮半径的弹性变形直接计入摩擦轮机构的实际传动比设计中,提出有关传动比设计的“两次逼近法”。计算及分析表明,利用该方法设计小弹性模量非金属-钢摩擦轮机构,可使其实际传动比十分逼近设计值。 It has been proved by a series of researches that because the elastic deformations of friction wheel radii at the contact area are completely neglected according to the traditional method for designing the nonmetal - steel friction wheel mechanisms, the deviation between the actual value and design values of transmission ratios of part of nonmetal - steel friction wheel mechanisms has reached the degrees which can not be negligible. Through the use of elastic mechanics theory, the authors of this article has included the elastic deformations of the contact area radii of the non-metal friction wheels directly into the calculation of the actual transmission ratios of friction wheel mechanisms, and advanced the twice approaching method for design of the actual transmission ratios of nonmetal with small elastic modulus - steel friction wheel mechanisms. It has been indicated by calculation and analysis that the actual transmission ratios of the nonmetal with small elastic modulus - steel friction wheel mechanisms can be made to approach quite the design values by means of the twice approaching method recommended in this article.
