摘要
当前中国特色社会主义现代化建设事业进入了新时代,对人才的培养提出了更高的素质要求。在这关键的历史阶段,如何深入贯彻人才强国战略,培养适合新时代发展要求的创新型、应用型人才成为高职院校重大而迫切的历史任务。高职思想政治教育作为人才教育的重要方面,它本身所蕴含的人才开发功能对培养高素质创新型人才具有重要的作用和意义。高职院校教育管理者和思想政治教育工作者应顺势而行,力争在思维方式、教学模式、教育内容、评价体系和实践教学方面取得有效突破,开拓高职院校创新型人才培养的新局面。
At present, the socialist modernization drive with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and higher quality requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of talents. At this critical stage, how to further implement the talent strategy, cultivate the innovative requirements of the development of the new era applied talents has become an urgent and important historical task in higher vocational colleges. As an important aspect of education, the talent development function of higher vocational ideology plays an important role and has great significance for cultivating high-quality creative talents. Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges education managers and workers should take advantage of the opportunity, make great efforts in the way of thinking, teaching pattern, education content, evaluation system and effective breakthrough in practice teaching, and open up a new prospect creative talents training in higher vocational colleges.
