Sharing bicycles is a new hot spot in China's sharing economy. It USES idle social resources to link residents to the "last kilometer" demand through online platforms, creating a sizeable market potential.Product concept model of innovation, development time is short, the market explosive growth, but there are al-so companies accounted for and the market layout polarization, the lack of reasonable planning and risk con-trol, competition lagging regulation of short board. In order to optimize the development strategy, when the government leads the multi-party supervision, the enterprise optimizes the operation and rational development market, the society pays close attention to the support, in order to jointly build the common bike's mature business state.
