摘要
双元领导呼应了当前不确定性环境下为满足矛盾和竞争需求对现代领导理论提出的新诉求。基于"刺激—机体—反应"(SOR)理论和社会交互理论,采用52名团队领导与266名成员配对数据,探讨了双元领导对团队创造力的影响,及团队建言的中介作用和团队认同的调节作用。结果表明,双元领导对团队创造力有显著正向影响;团队建言在双元领导与团队创造力间起中介作用;团队认同在双元领导与团队建言关系间起调节作用。
Ambidextrous leadership echoes the new requirement for contemporary leadership under the uncertain context with contradictory and competitive demands. Drawing on the 'Stimulus-Organism-Response' (SOR) theory and social exchange theory and using paired data from 52 team leaders and 266 employees, this research explored the effect of ambidextrous leadership on team creativity, the meditated effect of team voice and the moderated effect of team identification. The results showed that ambidextrous leadership had a significantly positive effect on team creativity; Team voice played the meditated effect between ambidextrous leadership and team creativity; Team identification moderated the effects of ambidextrous leadership on team voice.
