推拿配合开气门手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察 被引量:3

Clinical Observation of Tuina Combined with Open Valve Technique for Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

摘要 目的:观察推拿配合开气门手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将80例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为2组各40例,对照组依常规推拿手法操作,治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上配合开气门治疗,观察2组患者椎动脉及基底动脉血流指标改善状况及整体疗效。结果:治疗后,2组左椎动脉(LVA)、右椎动脉(RVA)、基底动脉(BA)的收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、舒张末期峰值流速(Vd)、搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)等情况分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组间LVA、RVA、BA的Vs、Vd、RI、PI情况分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效总有效率治疗组90.00%,对照组82.50%,2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合开气门手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有良好疗效,是椎动脉型颈椎病治疗中可考虑的一种治疗方法。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tuina combined with open valve technique for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods: Divided 80 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type into the treatment group and control group randomly, 40 cases in each group. Both groups received routine Tuina technique for treatment, while the treatment group additionally received open valve technique. Observed blood flow indices improvement of vertebral artery and basilar artery and overall therapeutic effects of both groups. Results: Compared systolic peak velocity(Vs), diastolic end peak velocity(Vd), Pulsatility index(PI) and resistance index(RI) of left vertebral artery(LVA), right vertebral artery(RVA) and basilar artery(BA) before and after treatment in both groups, the differences being significant (P 〈 0.05). Compared Vs. Vd. RI. PI of LVA, RVA, BA between two groups, the differences being significant (P 〈 0.05). The clinical effect total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 82.50% in the control group, the difference being significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Tuina combined with open valve technique has good curative effect on treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, which is an option to consider in treatment for the disease.
