摘要
以天津周大福金融中心工程为背景,针对外框钢管柱的特点,介绍了钢管内高强度高性能混凝土顶升施工方法,重点阐述了钢结构深化设计改进、钢管柱顶升口优化、桁架层钢管柱混凝土施工以及多腔钢管柱顶升控制等多方面内容。通过对钢管内混凝土采取顶升施工技术,在保证施工质量的同时大大缩短工期、降低施工成本。
Based on Tianjin CTF Financial Center project,aiming at characteristics of framed steel pipe column,this paper introduces construction method of high strength and high performance concrete lifting in steel column,focuses on detailed design improvement of steel structure,optimization of jacking hole of steel pipe column,concrete construction of steel pipe column in truss layer,jacking control of steel pipe column. Construction technology of concrete lifting in steel pipe ensures construction quality,reduces time limit,cuts construction cost.
