摘要
本文以不锈钢网作为膜基材料,利用一步浸涂法将改性的二氧化硅纳米颗粒负载到不锈钢网表面,从而制备出具有高效油水分离效果的油水分离膜。研究结果表明,经过改性的二氧化硅纳米颗粒具有超疏水性能,使经过改性涂层后的不锈钢网疏水性得到很大提高,达到超亲油性能。油品能够在自身重力作用下透过改性涂层后的不锈钢网,而水被截留在网筛上面,达到油水分离的效果。
In this paper, the modified silica nanoparticles were loaded onto the surface of stainless steel mesh by one-step dip coating method using stainless steel mesh as the film-based material, and the oil-water separation membrane with high oil-water separation effect was prepared. The results show that the modified silica nanoparticles have superhydrophobic properties, so that the hydrophobicity of stainless steel mesh after modified coating is greatly improved to achieve super-oil performance. Oil can be under its own gravity through the modified coating after the stainless steel mesh, and water was trapped in the screen above the oil and water separation effect.
