换热器管板设计中当量实心板理论的发展概述

摘要 当量实心板理论是于20世纪40年代提出的用于换热器管板设计的理论。该理论将管板简化为具有有效弹性常数的当量实心板,然后根据圆平板理论求解管板应力。当量实心板理论经几十年的发展已经非常成熟,且被广泛用于换热器设计标准中。回顾了当量实心板理论的发展历程,并进行了总结与展望。 The equivalent solid plate theory was put forward in 1940s for the design of tube plate in heat exchangers. The tube plate was simplified to an equivalent solid plate with effective elastic constants. Then the stress of the tube plate was calculated according to the theory of circular plate. The equivalent solid plate theory had been developed very well for decades and was widely used in the design standard of heat exchangers. The development history of equivalent solid plate theory was reviewed, and the summary and prospect were given.
