现代纺织企业分散式供冷设计的节能探讨

摘要 分析分散式供冷设计在纺织厂应用中的优越性。通过工程实例就相同规模的纺纱车间,分别采用空调室设置制冷机的分散式供冷设计与传统集中式供冷设计两种模式,从供冷方式的设备配备、装机功率、运行能耗和系统总投资等方面进行对比。分析得出:对于全面供冷的大型纺织车间,采用分散式供冷方式,可比采用集中式供冷减少装机功率6.66%,减少运行能耗12.05%,节约制冷系统总投资16.99%。认为:对于大型纺织项目,用冷部位多而分散,宜采用分散式供冷的方式;对于规模较小,制冷量较小且相对集中的纺织企业,宜采用部分集中设置制冷站供冷的方式,也可采用全厂综合动力站集中供冷的方式。 The application superiority of separated cooling distribution design in textile enterprise was ana- lyzed. According to the engineering projects which had the same scale spinning workshop, the two setting mode of separated cooling distribution design and traditional central cooling design of refrigerating machine in air-condi- tioning room were adopted, equipment configuration, installed power, operation energy consumption, total invest- ment and other aspects were compared from cooling distribution mode. The analyses show that for the full cooling distribution large spinning workshop, comparing with central cooling distribution mode, adopting separated cool- ing distribution mode can reduce 6. 66~ installed power, 12. 05% operation energy consumption and save 16.99~ refrigerating system total investment. It is considered that aimed at the large spinning project which has many and separated parts need cooling distribution, it is more suitable to use separated cooling distribution. Aimed at the small-scale, smaller refrigerating capacity and relative concentration enterprise, it is more suitable to use the cooling distribution mode of part concentrated setting refrigeration station or the central cooling distribution mode in integrated power station of entire factory.
