摘要
"十三五"规划明确提出"以提高发展质量和效益为中心"。为比较各区域间经济质量,从经济运行、经济结构、微观活力及民生福利四个维度构建了涵盖11项指标的评价体系,对我国四大区域、31个省(区、市)的经济质量指数进行比较和评价。结果显示,东部地区经济质量稳居领先地位;区域间经济质量差距较大,且"速度型"质量特征明显。应进一步挖掘经济增长潜力,有效激发微观主体活力,充分利用"后发优势"。
In China＇s 13th five -year plan, it is clear that ＂To improve the quality and effectiveness of development as the center＂. To compare the quality of regional economy economy, this article constructs an evaluation system including four dimensions and 11 indicators, calculates the economic quality indexes of the four regions and 31 provinces （autonomous regions and municipalities） in our country to compare and evaluate. The results show that the coastal areas in Southeast China have a leading position, with large differences in economic quality between regions and obvious ＂speed - type＂ quality characteristics. We should further tap the potential for economic growth, effectively stimulate the vitality of the micro -entities and make full use of ＂backward advantages. ＂
