摘要 针对直墙半圆拱U型钢支架校核准则问题,提出直墙半圆拱U型钢支架的最大轴向应力强度标准,并基于理论计算给出了直墙半圆拱U型钢支架的最大轴向应力计算公式。在此基础上分析了棚腿高度、拱顶半径、载荷集度和应力集中系数4个因素对不同断面型号的直墙半圆拱型支架的最大轴向应力影响规律。 The maximum axial stress for the problem of intensity standard of U-shaped steel support formed by straight wall and half arc was proposed. And the calculation formula of the maximum axial stress of the U - shaped steel support was given. On this basis, the influence of the U - shaped steel support leg height, the dome radius, the load concentration and the stress concentration coefficient on the maximum axial stress of the U - shaped steel support with different cross sections was analyzed.
