摘要
目的:分析我院门急诊麻醉药品的使用情况,促进临床合理使用麻醉药品。方法:统计分析我院门诊和急诊2015年5月~2016年4月的麻醉药品处方703张,以限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标分析使用情况。结果:我院门急诊麻醉药品有7个品种、4种剂型,有1种药物盐酸吗啡缓释片DUI值大于1,其余药物的DUI值均小于等于1。结论:我院门急诊使用麻醉药品基本合理。
Objective： To analyze the use of narcotic drugs in the out-patient and emergency department of our hospital so as to strengthen the rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods： A total of 703 prescriptions of narcotic drugs were analyzed from May 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital. The defined daily dose （DDD） and drug utilization index （DUI） were used as indexes to analyze their use. Results： There were seven kinds of narcotic drugs and four kinds of narcotic drugs in the out-patient and emergency department. The DUI value of the drug morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets was more than 1 and the DUI of the other drugs was less than or equal to 1. Conclusion： The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is reasonable.
