摘要
当前,现代工业生产中一个非常重要的装置是电力设备,如果电力设备发生故障,将会给工业系统带来很严重的后果,导致无法估计的经济损失。因此,当电力设备出现故障时,有好的故障检测技术就显得尤为重要,才能最大化的减少损失。文章重点阐述了如何有效的使用超声波技术来检测电力设备绝缘状态的相关情况,该技术的判断依据是如果电力设备绝缘出现一些异常的情况,发生故障的位置将会出现较为显著加强的电晕放电现象,通过检测电晕放电,就能更加精确的找出设备绝缘故障的位置。此外,超声波检测在距离电力设备较远的地方就能够很好的发挥作用,具有较高的安全性及方便性,因而超声波检测技术具有很好的应用前景。
At present, a very important device in modem industrial production is power equipment. If the power equipment fails, it will bring serious consequences to the industrial system, resulting in incalculable economic losses. Therefore, when the power equipment fails, a good fault detection technology is particularly important in order to maximize the loss reduction. This paper focuses on how to effectively use the ultrasonic technology to detect the related insulation condition of electrical equipment ,judgement on the basis of this technique is if there are some abnormal power equipment insulation condition, the fault location will appear more significant to strengthen the corona discharge phenomenon, through the detection of corona discharge, more accurately find the fault position insulation equipment can. In addition, ultrasonic testing can play a very good role in the far distance from power equipment, and it has higher safety and convenience. Therefore, ultrasonic testing technology has a very good application prospect.
