积极心理学视角下正念水平对大学生精神幸福感的影响

摘要 积极心理学的蓬勃发展带动了国内外学者对积极心理学的研究,随着我国对心理健康教育的重视,积极心理教育也逐渐加入到心理健康教育的课程中来。大学作为培养未来精英的摇篮,对心理健康教育更加重视,在积极心理学的视角下提高大学生的正念水平,提高个体自身的幸福感,对于大学生的成长具有重要意义。通过查阅文献资料,运用综述法对正念水平和精神幸福感的概念、测量、相关研究进行归纳和整理,为未来的研究提供依据和方法。 The vigorous development of positive psychology led the study of positive psychology by scholars at home and abroad.With the emphasis on mental health education in China,positive psychological education has gradually joined the curriculum of mental health education. As a cradle of the future elite,the university attaches great importance to the mental health education. How to improve the individual's sense of happiness through the improvement of the level of mindfulness of college students from the perspective of positive psychology,is of great significance to the growth of college students. By reviewing the literature,this paper summarizes the concept,measurement and related research of the level of mindfulness and spiritual well-being,and provides the basis and method for the future research.
