摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预对急诊科低钾血症患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法选择2016年1月~2017年5月在我院急诊诊治的低钠血症患者60例为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组,各30例。干预组给予优质护理干预,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组干预前后患者焦虑评分及护理满意度。结果与干预前比较,两组干预后焦虑评分均有显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组焦虑评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组非常满意比例显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预能够显著改善急诊科低钾血症患者的焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective To discuss the effect of high quality nursing intervention on anxiety in patients with hypokalemia in emergency department.Methods 60 cases with hypokalemia in emergency department from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected as subjects,and were divided into intervention group and the control group,30 cases in each group. The intervention group was given high quality nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing care.Anxiety scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Re- suits After intervention,anxiety scores of two groups decreased apparently,which were lower than those of before inter- vention,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Anxiety scores in the intervention group decreased ap- parently that than in the control group,and the differences were significant （P〈0.05）.Very satisfactory proportion of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,which showed significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for patients with hypokalemia in emergency department can relieve anxiety,and im- prove nursing satisfaction.
