摘要
目的分析研究新生儿脐部断端开放护理方式的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年7月~2016年8月在我院生产的86例新生儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。给予两组新生儿采用相同的结扎方式、消毒方式、断脐方式,对照组新生儿在此基础上实施常规护理干预,观察组新生儿实施开放式护理干预。对比两组新生儿的不良反应发生率、护理满意度、脐带残端脱落时间。结果观察组新生儿的不良反应发生率为4.66%,护理满意度为97.67%;对照组新生儿的不良反应发生率为18.64%,护理满意度为83.72%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的脐带残端脱落时间均显著优于对照组新生儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予新生儿脐部断端开放式护理干预,可显著降低发炎、感染等不良事件的发生率,提高新生儿家属的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of open nursing care for neonatal umbilical cord fracture end.Meth- ods From July 2015 to August 2016,86 newborns in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,43 newborns in each group.The two groups of newborns were given the same ligation,disinfection methods and broken umbilical methods, and the control group received routine nursing intervention on the basis of this.The observation group received open nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction and shedding time of umbilical cord were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of neonatal adverse reaction incidence rate was 4.66%,nursing satisfaction was 97.67%,the adverse reactions in the control group the incidence rate was 18.64%,nursing satisfaction was 83.72%,comparison between groups,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.And the observation group neonatal umbilical cord stump shedding time was significantly better than the control group of newborns,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of open nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of ad- verse events such as inflammation and infection,and improve the satisfaction of the newborn family members.It is wor- thy of clinical application.
