本文介绍了在现有交通管理信息化系统平台的基础上,拓展自助语音服务渠道12123交通安全自助语音服务热线的建设背景及意义,阐述了自助语音服务的实现技术设计、系统架构、流程设计,以及可通过自助语音服务办理的交通管理业务功能。
This paper introduces the background and significance of extending "voice sell-service channel 12123" traffic safety voice self-service hotline, based on the existing traffic management information platform. A detailed description of the voice sell-service technology design, the system architecture, the process design and the traffic management businesses that can be handled through voice self-service are also introduced.
