摘要
目的研究心理护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的影响。方法选择我院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的60例COPD患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组患者接受院内一般护理服务,观察组患者在一般护理的基础上给予心理干预,比较两组护理干预前后的SAS评分,以及患者的护理服务满意度。结果入院时,两组患者的SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的SAS评分均显著降低,且观察组患者的SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理服务满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对COPD患者实施心理护理干预,可有效改善患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者的护理服务满意度。
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods 60 cases of COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received general nursing service, while the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of general nursing. The SAS scores before and after nursing intervention, and patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results At admission, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the SAS score （P 〉0.05）; After intervention, both groups had significantly decreased SAS score （P 〈0.05）, and the SAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing service of observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher than 73.33% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of psychological nursing intervention for COPD patients can effectively improve the anxiety of patients, and improve patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing service.
