摘要
目的研究中药贴敷治疗虚寒型喘息性急慢性支气管炎患者的疗效。方法选择我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的62例急慢性支气管炎患者,中医分型均为虚寒型喘息性支气管炎,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组各31例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予西药治疗结合中药敷贴治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及生活质量。结果观察组患者的痊愈率为64.52%,显著高于对照组的32.26%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的精力、睡眠质量、躯体活动、社会功能等生活质量指标评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药敷贴治疗虚寒型喘息性急慢性支气管炎患者,可提高疗效,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To study the curative effect of Chinese medicine dressing in the treatment of acute and chronic asthmatic bronchitis with asthenia-cold syndrome. Methods 62 cases of patients with acute and chronic asthmatic bronchitis with asthenia-cold syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected. According to the treatment methods, all cases were divided into two groups, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received westem medicine treatment, while the observation group received Chinese medicine dressing combined with western medicine treatment. The curative effect and quality of life of patients were compared between two groups. Results The cure rate of observation group was 64.52%, significantly higher than 32.26% of control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group was superior to the control group in the scores of indicators of life quality including energy, qualify of sleep, physical activity and social function （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Chinese medicine dressing in the treatment of acute and chronic asthmatic bronchitis with asthenia-cold syndrome can improve the curative effect, and improve patients＇ quality of life.
