基于社会阶层性的教师发展目标建构

摘要 教师有独特的社会阶层历时演变及特征,在古代,他是"道"的传播者与自由批判精神的代表。反观当代,教师逐渐转向成为专业技术人员,淡化了公共身份。教师应重拾知识分子角色,构建基于知识分子阶层特有的生命意义——"有心""有德""有人格",塑起教师发展的自我重建目标和学生生命成长他人目标,最终实现诗意教育的终极目标。 Teachers have a unique development of social stratum and features. In ancient times,they were apostles and major representatives of free criticism. By comparison,teachers have moved towards the professionals and diluted public stature. Based on this,teachers should return to the intellectuals and reconstruct their own unique life meaning with spirited,moral and lively. It would help teachers establish a self-target,others' target and generate a poetic life.
