摘要
随着我国现代农业的发展,机械回收逐步成为残膜回收的主要方式。选择1FMJ—1400型耙齿式残膜回收机和1FMJ—1260型滚筒式残膜回收机作为研究对象,对比分析两种机型的拾净率、作业效率、作业成本、故障率。结果表明:1FMJ—1400型耙齿式残膜捡拾机结构简单,操作方便,作业质量和效率较高,作业成本和故障率较低,具有一定的实用性;1FMJ—1260型滚筒式残膜捡拾机工作原理可行,但故障率较高,堵塞问题较为严重,直接影响机具的作业质量和作业效率,结构设计有待提高。研究结果为残膜回收机的推广应用和优化设计提供参考。
With the development of modern agriculture in China,mechanical recycling has gradually become the main way for residual film collecting.Two types of residual film collectors such as 1 FMJ—1400 and 1 FMJ—1260 were chosen in the study,and four factors including collecting rate,field efficiency,operating cost as well as failure rate were analyzed.The results showed that the performance of 1 FMJ—1400 was superior to that of 1 FMJ—1260.1 FMJ—1400 had the advantages such as simple structure,easy operation,high efficiency,low operating costs and failure rate,while 1 FMJ—1260 had high failure rate and serious congestion problem whose structure needed to be improved.The results provided references for the application and optimized design of the residual film collector.
