摘要
目的探究不同瘘管切除术在先天性耳前瘘管感染期治疗中的疗效。方法选取2012年6月-2016年6月于医院接受治疗的86例先天性耳前瘘管感染期患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组43例;对照组采用传统的治疗方案,试验组给予新型的治疗方案,6个月后,分析比较两组患者的感染率,术后复发率、治愈率和平均痊愈时间以及比较两组患者对耳部美观的满意度,包括满意和基本满意。结果术后试验组患者的感染率为6.98%,低于对照组患者的20.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者术后复发率为4.65%,低于对照组患者的16.28%,试验组患者总治愈率为100.00%,高于对照组患者的90.70%,试验组患者平均治愈时间低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者对耳部美观的满意度为95.35%,优于对照组患者的74.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型治疗方案能够有效降低先天性耳前瘘管术后的感染率,提高术后恢复效果,缩短治疗周期、减少经济负担,提高患者满意度。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of different fistula resection in the treatment of congenital anterior fistula infections.METHODS A total of 86 cases of patients with congenital anterior fistula infections from Jun.2012 to Jun.2016 in the hospital for treatment were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in control group were used the traditional treatment method,and in observation group were given the new treatment method.After 6 months of treatment,the infection rates,recurrence rates,cure rates and average healing time between the two groups of patients were compared,and the satisfaction of ear beauty was compared between the two groups,including satisfaction and basic satisfaction.RESULTS The infection rate in observation group was6.98%,which was significantly lower than 20.93% of control group（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate of patients in observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 16.28% of control group,the total cure rate of patients in observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 90.70% of control group,the average healing time of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that of patients in control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction degree of ear beauty of patients in observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly better than 74.42%in control group（P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION The new treatment method can effectively reduce the postoperative infection rate of congenital auricular fistula,improve the postoperative recovery effect,shorten the treatment cycle,reduce the economic burden,and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
