摘要
深入调研科研资金众包、科研创意众包两大类平台,以调研数据为基础从多个具体层面研究平台的运作机制,分类讨论平台运作的问题,最后归纳科研众包创新平台可持续发展的经验,为我国科研众包平台建设的具体实践提供参考。
This paper studies the operation mechanisms of the platforms from multiple specific aspects, based on the in-depth investigation data of platforms including the crowdsourcing of scientific research fund and innovation. Also, the operation problems are considered through classified discussion. Finally, the experiences of sustainable development of platforms are summarized, providing the references for the concrete construction practice of research crowdsourcing platform in China.
