摘要
目的:探讨黛力新联合益心舒胶囊治疗PCI术后合并焦虑状态临床疗效。方法:纳入2014年1月至2017年1月PCI术合并焦虑状态患者120例。随机分为四组,A组27例,B组37例,C组23例,D组33例。A组为对照组,给予冠心病规范化治疗加心理疏导;B组对照组加用黛力新抗焦虑治疗;C组在对照组基础上加服益心舒胶囊进行干预;D组在对照组基础上联合应用戴力新和益心舒胶囊,疗程均为4周,观察四组患者HAMA评分、心绞痛和心电图ST-T变化。结果:戴力新联合益心舒胶囊组HAMA评分低于戴力新组益心舒胶囊治疗组P<0.05,戴力新联合益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病症状的有效率为94.0%,高于戴力新组70.3%和益心舒胶囊治疗组78.3%,P<0.05。结论:戴力新联合益心舒胶囊可有效治疗PCI术后焦虑状态的躯体症状,改善冠心病的临床症状。
Objective: To explore the clinical curative of deanxit combined with yixinshu capsule in the treatment of patients with anxiety state after PCI. Methods: 120 patients with anxiety in PCI surgery admitted in Chengde central hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into four groups,27 cases in group A,37 cases in group B,23 cases in group C,and 33 cases in group D. Group A was the control group,given standardized treatment of coronary heart disease combined with psychological counseling; group B control group were treated with Deanxit anti anxiety treatment; group C on the basis of the control group plus Yixinshu capsule intervention; D group in the control group based on the combined application of energy-saving and Yixinshu capsule for 4 weeks,four groups were observed in patients with HAMA score,angina and ECG ST-T changes. Results: Patients with treatment by deanxit combined with yixinshu capsule had lower HAMA scores( P <0.05); The per protocol effective rate was 94% for group D,70.3% for group B,78.3% for group C. Group D effective rate were significantly higher than group B,group C( P < 0.05). Conclusions: Deanxit combined with yixinshu capsule can effectively treat the somatic symptoms of anxiety state after PCI,improve clinical symptoms of coronary artery disease.
