摘要
清代,东北地区作为满族政权的龙兴之地,其教育结构有别于中原地区。清末,列强的入侵和国内动荡的政局使清政府无力维系东北地区的封禁政策,东北地区教育发展也被卷入中国社会近代化变迁的洪流。本文通过梳理中国近代教育资料及东北地方史志文献,阐释了清末东北双语教学兴起背景、双语教学机构发展概况及双语教学对东北近代化的影响,探讨近代地方社会双语教学经验。
In Qing dynasty,the Northeast region,as the rising land of Manchu,was different from the central plains.At the late Qing dynasty,the invasion of foreign and the domestic political turmoil made the government of Qing be unable to maintain the embargo policy for the Northeast.Education development was also involved in the flood of the modernization of Chinese society.In this paper,the author analyzes Chinese modern education information and chronicles literature of the Northeast,introduces the bilingual teaching of Northeast in the late Qing dynasty,such as the background,the development and the influences on modernization of Northeast,to research the bilingual education experience on modern local society.
