摘要
高分三号(GF-3)卫星是中国首颗民用平面相控阵SAR卫星,配置一套大型平面相控阵雷达天线,由于载荷尺寸大、质量大、功耗大、热耗大和电磁复杂特点,在卫星系统设计过程中采用了面向复杂约束条件下的系统综合设计方法。文章在梳理GF-3卫星载荷约束的基础上,提出了SAR卫星系统设计思路,详细介绍了围绕SAR载荷开展的面向机、电、热、磁等方面系统设计方案的选择与优化过程,并重点在SAR天线体制、结构形式、热控方案、机构要求,以及供配电状态和太阳翼方案等方面,给出了系统综合设计结果。
GF-3 satellite is the first planar phased array SAR satellite in civil field in China,which deploys a large scale,high weight,high power,large thermal consumption SAR antenna,so an integrated system design method is adopted under these complex restrictions.The SAR payload restrictions of GF-3 satellite are teased,a system integrated design thought is brought up,and the process of system design and optimization is introduced around the SAR payload under the structural-electromagnetic-thermal restrictions in detail.Finally,the optimization design scheme is given in antenna mechanism,structure shape,thermal control,expanding mechanism require-ment of SAR antenna,the power supply and the solar wing.
