摘要
随着互联网、大数据、云计算等信息技术的快速发展,这些技术可以为农产品从生产到流通再到消费的整个环节提供全方位的支持和监控,为农产品质量安全监管提供技术上的保障。基于此,本文立足于经济学中信息不对称理论,分析了中国农产品质量监管过程中的问题,并探究了国内外在信息化背景下构建农产品质量安全监管信息化模式的相关经验,在此基础上提出了中国农产品质量安全监管信息化平台构建的基本设想,并分析了可能面临的挑战。
With the rapid development of information technology such as internet,large data and cloud computing,these technologies can provide all-round support and monitoring for the whole process of agricultural products from production,circulation to consumption,and provide technical support for agricultural product quality and safety supervision.Based on the theory of information asymmetry in economics,this paper analyzes problems in the process of quality supervision of agricultural products in China,and explores the relevant experiences of constructing information model of agricultural product quality safety supervision in the background of informationization.
