摘要
针对其他企业与电网公司共同经营电动汽车充放电业务的合作型运营模式,本文以企业利润最大化为目标,构建了双方在合作模式下的最大利润模型。采用多目标粒子群算法对该模型进行优化,从而获得双方利润最大化的最优解,并以某地区电动汽车参与放电为例,计算分析电网型电动汽车充电企业和非电网型电动汽车充电企业的利润。研究结果表明,与单纯电网公司经营电动汽车充放电业务相比,采用合作模式后,电网型企业的利润减少而普通电动汽车用户的利润增加,非电网型电动汽车充电企业也获得相应利润。说明合作型电动汽车充电企业运营模式会使利益分配更加合理。该研究具有一定的实际价值。
For the problemthat other types of capital enterprises operate electric vehicles charged and discharged businesses with power grid company, this paper aims at maximum profit and builds the biggest profit model in he case of the two sides in cooperation way. Multi-objective PSO is used to optimize the model to obtain an op-imal solution which can make the two sides maximize the profits. Taking an area that there are electric vehicles o dischargeas an example, we can calculate and analyze the profits ofgrid electric vehicle charging companies and non-grid electric vehicle charging companies. The calculation results indicate that compared with pure pow-er grid company operating electric vehicle charged and discharged businesses, after other types of capital enter-prises operate electric vehicles charged and discharged businesses with power grid company and they are cooper-ative, power grid enterprises profits reduce and ordinary electric vehicles users profits increase and non-grid e-ectric vehicle charging companies also obtained some profits, which proves that profit distribution is more rea-sonable after reform. The study has some practical value.
