摘要
"国培计划"项目自2010年以来经历了两个阶段,2015年后进入第二阶段,在此阶段培训过程中力求混合式研修,即建立集中面授+网络研修+现场实践的培训模式,建立"个人空间—教师工作坊—研修社区"一体化县域教师网络研修体系,基于网络研修社区,形成校本研修常态化运行机制,分学科(领域)骨干引领全员教师开展常态化学习。基于此,主要针对网络平台上校本研修的常态化运行机制及模式进行研究。
The “National Training Plan” has experienced two stages since 2010, and entered into the second stage since 2015. The training of this stage is aimed at mixed training, namely, the establishment of centralized face-to-face education + network training + practical training mode,and a “personal space-teacher workshop-training community” integrated teachers’ network training system at the town level. Based on the network training community, the school-based training normal operation mechanism is formed, where the backbone teachers of different subjects (fields) guide the teaching staff to carry out normal learning. This paper mainly studies the nor-mal operation mechanism and mode of school-based research and training on the network platform.
