摘要
为了研究固体发动机金属材料壳体和复合材料壳体水下力学特性,建立了两种材料的发动机壳体有限元模型,分别对其进行了屈曲分析、频率响应分析和模态分析。分析结果显示:金属材料壳体抗轴压能力和抗振能力较复合材料壳体弱,若金属材料壳体前后封头人工脱粘材料强度不够,则有可能遭致破坏而使发动机失效。但无论是金属材料壳体还是复合材料壳体,其模态频率都较低,与其在振动时产生最大位移时的频率相差较大,因此,两种材料的壳体均不会与水下航行体发生共振。
The finite element models of solid rocket motor ( SRM ) case of steel material and composite material were established to research the mechanical property evaluation of SRM case of steel material and composite material under water. The buckling characteristics, vibration response characteristics and models have been analyzed. The results showed that the ability of resisting axial load of SRM case of steel material was worse than that of composite material. If the strength of the artificial debonding layer on the front dome and rear dome of SRM case of steel material was not strong enough, it would be damaged and the SRM would be failure caused by it. But whether SRM case of steel material or SRM case of composite material, the mode frequencys of them were below the vibration response frequencys when the maxium vibration response displacements were, and SRM cases of the two kinds of materails didn't sympathetically vibrate with underwater craft.
