摘要
为提升一些特殊危险路段公路护栏对于大型车辆的防护能力,依据相关标准及规范规定,结合经实车碰撞试验验证的某三横梁组合式桥梁护栏结构,通过优化施工方便性与经济性,提出一种三横梁组合式护栏优化结构,并采用有限元仿真的技术手段,对其安全防护性能进行分析,结果表明:优化结构具有与通过碰撞试验验证的桥梁护栏相当或略优的安全性能指标,防护等级可达到HA级。研究结果能够在特殊危险路段对大型车辆形成良好防护,可有效降低由于大型运输车辆穿越或翻越桥侧护栏坠落桥下的事故严重程度。
In order to improve the protection capability of the highway barrier for large vehicles in some special dangerous sections, and based on the relative standards and specifications, a kind of 3-beam assembled bridge barrier is proposed through optimizing the construction convenience and economy, and according to the impact test of vehicle verifying the barrier structure of a 3-beam assembled bridge. Its safety and protection performance is analyzed by the technological means of finite element simulation.The result shows that the optimized structure has the equivalent or preferable safety performance index of the bridge barrier verified by the impact test. The protection level can reach the HA level. The study result shows that the large vehicles can be protected well in the special dangerous sections, and it can effectively reduce the accidental severity of the large transport vehicles falling under the bridges because of crossing or throwing over the side bridge barrier.
