摘要
氯化氢合成系统的水力喷射器技术改造,主要是提高喷射器下水立管的长度(即提高位差),同时缩小喷射器孔板的孔径(即增多流速),取消中间水封槽(即减小流水阻力)。达到了增大喷射器的抽力,增大系统负压的效果。保证了氯化氢合成系统的开车顺利进行。
The hydraulic ejector of hydrogen chloride synthesis system technical reformation, the main is to improve the injector the pipe length (i.e., to improve the potential difference), and narrowing the injector orifice aperture (i.e., increasing velocity), cancel the middle water seal tank (i.e., reduce water resistance ).So to increase the ejector suction, increase the system pressure.Thus, to ensure that the hydrogen chloride synthesis system drive smoothly.
