摘要
贵州是国家扶贫开发的重点地区,其中社会组织在贵州农村扶贫开发中发挥着举足轻重的作用。但是,目前社会组织在参与贵州农村扶贫开发中主要存在着许多困境,因此,国家和地方应大力培育扶贫导向型社会组织、优化社会政策环境、提高社团公信力和完善制度机制保障等方面予以能力提升,以期对新时期贵州农村扶贫开发具有借鉴意义。
Guizhou is one of the important areas for national poverty alleviation and development, and social organizations play an irreplaceable role. Now there are still many difficulties facing social organizations while participating in rural poverty alleviation and development of Guizhou. For example： poverty alleviation - oriented social organizations are still small in number, self - governance space is limited, credibility of social organizations is decreasing and systems and mechanisms are not mature. So the nation should make great efforts to train and support poverty alleviation - oriented social organizations, improve the self - governance climate of social organizations, increase credibility of social organizations and improve mechanism guaranteeing, setting an example for poverty alleviation and development of Guizhou in the new era.
