摘要
健康险理赔服务是健康险理赔的扩展与延伸,它不仅强调"理赔"的必要性,更重视"服务"的重要性。其内容既包括前端对销售环节的管理,也包括中端对核保理赔环节的监控,更包括后端对保险公司行业及社会形象和品牌知名度、美誉度的维护。健康险理赔服务的重要性,决定了保险公司必须针对当前存在的主要问题,在深挖理赔服务内涵机理的基础上,从专业化、规划化、标准化以及简化手续、重视服务、落实承诺等方面出发,努力增强理赔服务能力,提高理赔服务质量,提升理赔服务水平。
Claims settlement service is the extension of health insurance, which not only emphasizes the necessity of claiming, but also pays more stress to service. It contains the front--end sales management, middle--end of the supervision of underwriting and claiming, as well as the rear-- end of the maintenance of the image of insurance companies and the industry as well as the brand's pop- ularity. In view of the importance of the claim settlement service, aiming at the current problems, the insurance companies should tap the connotation and mechanism of claim settlement service, and on the basis of this, enhance the capability, quality and level of claiming service by professionalization, planning and modernization, simplifying the procedures, emphasizing service and carrying out the prom- ise.
