双源CT前瞻性心电门控大螺距扫描主动脉血管成像 被引量:6

Prospectively Electrocardiogram-Triggered High-Pitch Spiral Mode of Dual-Source CT in Aorta Angiography

摘要 目的探讨双源CT前瞻性心电门控大螺距(Flash spiral)扫描应用于主动脉CTA的可行性。方法将60例行主动脉CTA检查的患者随机分成3组,A组Flash spiral模式,B组胸痛三联模式,C组常规螺旋模式,对3组的扫描时间、主动脉图像质量、主动脉根部伪影及有效辐射剂量(ED)等进行比较。结果 3组扫描时间和ED比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);3组主动脉图像质量比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);3组主动脉根部伪影发生率比较,A、B组无统计学差异(P>0.05),C组与A、B组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。A组与B、C组CT值和噪声比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),B、C组CT值和噪声比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),3组信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论双源CT Flash spiral模式主动脉CTA能获得满足诊断要求的图像,同时显著降低辐射剂量。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of dual source CT with prospectively ECG-triggered high-pitch spiral mode in aortic angiography. Methods 60 patients who underwent CTA of the aorta were randomly divided into 3 groups : group A with high pitch protocol, group B with DS chest pain EGG protocol and group C with normal spiral protocol. The scanning time, image quality of aorta, aortic root artifact and radiation dose among the three groups were compared. Results The scanning time and radiation dose of the three groups had statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). The image quality of three groups had no statistically significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). The aortic root artifacts between group A and group B had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ) , but there was significant difference between group C and group A and B ( P 〈 0.05 ). The average CT value and noise of group A had statistically significant difference with group B and C ( P 〈 0.01 ) ,but there was no significant difference between group B and C (P 〉 0.05 ). The SNR and CNR had no significant difference among the three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The prospectively ECG-triggered high-pitch spiral mode of dual source CT in aortic angiography can acquire the images meeting diagnostic requirement, with radiation dose reduced significantly.
