摘要
通过Ansoft软件对汽车爪极发电机进行三维建模,应用Maxwell场积分器计算电机各辅助线上磁压降与各辅助面上磁密分布,分析其磁场分布及工况运行下电枢反应对电磁性能影响。由Simplorer与RMxprt联合仿真得到汽车爪极发电机运行时输出电压、电流波形,Maxwell 3D有限元计算结果与样机实测输出特性一致,验证了电机设计方案与分析的正确性。
Magnetic field distribution and influence of armature reaction on the electromagnetic performance under working condition can be analyzed by Ansoft software. Fields calculator help to get magnetic pressure drop along the aux- iliary line and the magnetic density distribution on the auxiliary face. The output voltage and current waveform of claw- pole alternator are obtained by the combined simulation of Simplorer and RMxprt,and Maxwell 3D finite element analysis results are consistent with the measured load characteristics of the prototype to verify the correctness of analysis for the motor design
