摘要 结合特种大件运输船特点,提出一种以国产变频器为核心的综合全电力推进系统方案,完成了航行、进出港、装卸货等主要工况的谐波仿真和实船测试,测试结果均满足中国船级社对于电压总谐波低于5%的要求。近两年无故障实船运行结果表明,该系统可靠性高,满足整船设计及运行作业工况要求。 Combined with the characteristics of special heavy cargo ship, it presented a comprehensive electric propulsion system with domestic frequency converter as the core, and the harmonic simulation and practical test of a ship under the conditions of navigation, arrival and departure, loading-and-unloading were completed. The results show that it can meet the requirements of China Classification Society for the total voltage harmonic below 5 %. After nearly two years operation without fault, it shows that the system has high reliability and can meet the requirements of the whole ship design and operating conditions.
