摘要
在由1个再制造商和2个竞争性回收商组成的逆向供应链中,基于Shapley值公平参考框架构建了供应链成员的公平关切效用体系,考虑回收商之间竞争强度以及回收商的公平关切程度对逆向供应链定价决策的影响。研究表明,当回收商之间竞争强度小于一定阈值时,回收价格随着竞争强度的增大而提高,当回收商竞争强度大于该阈值时,回收价格随竞争强度的增大而减小;回收商的公平关切行为会导致再制造商回购价格提高,从而使回收商的利润占整个逆向供应链利润的比重增大,并且提高了整个逆向供应链的系统效率;公平关切行为也使得回收商的回收价格提高,促使废旧品回收量增大,有利于资源回收利用和环境保护。
Based on the Shapley value fairness concern framework, a fairness concern utility system was established for the reverse supply chain with one remanufacturer and two competitive recyclers. The pricing decisions in the reverse supply chain were studied and the influence of competitive strength between recyclers and fairness concern degree of recyclers on the pricing decisions were analyzed. The results show that when the competition strength between two recyclers is lower than a certain threshold, the acquisition price will increase with the increasing competition strength. However, when the competition strength exceeds the threshold, the acquisition price will decrease with the increasing competition strength. Moreover, the recycler's fairness concern behavior may induce the remanufacturer to increase the buy-back price, which is beneficial to recyclers and improves the system efficiency of reverse supply chain. In addition, the fairness concern behavior can increase collection quantity and is beneficial to resource recycling and environmental protection.
