摘要 目的分析间质性肺炎的高分辨率CT(HRCT)特征表现及其诊断价值。方法选取2015年9月至2016年9月本院收治的间质性肺炎患者48例,所有患者均经临床病理确诊为间质性肺炎,采用HRCT扫描,分析HRCT在间质性肺炎诊断中的影像学特征及应用价值。结果HRCT能够清晰显示间质性肺炎特征,其中磨玻璃影26例、蜂窝状改变28例、肺气管束增粗22例、小叶间隔增厚20例、小叶内间质增厚19例、肺气肿21例、纤维化16例、网格影6例、肺不张3例。结论HRCT能够有效鉴别诊断间质性肺炎,便于临床早期防治该病,改善预后,值得应用。 Objective To analyze the characteristic manifestations and diagnostic value of high resolution CT (HRCT) for interstitial pneumonia. Methods 48 patients with interstitial pneumonia treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected, all the patients were confirmed through clinical pathological examination and underwent HRCT scan. The imaging features and diagnostic value of HRCT for interstitial pneumonia were analyzed. Results Based on HRCT, the imaging features of interstitial pneumonia were clearly displayed; there were 26 cases of ground-class shadows, 28 cases of honeycomb signs, 22 cases of thickened lung airway, 20 cases of thickened interlobular septa, 19 cases of thickened interlobular interstitium, 21 cases of emphysema, 16 cases of fibrosis, 6 cases of grid shadow, and 3 cases of pulmonary atelectasis. Conclusion HRCT can make an effective differential diagnosis of interstitial pneumonia, is good to make an early prevention and improve the prognosis, worthy of clinical application.
