摘要
目的分析3D打印技术在新鲜闭合骨盆骨折患者中的应用价值。方法选取2015年7月至2016年6月在本院治疗的90例新鲜闭合骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象，采取随机数表法将入选者分为两组，均为45例；对照组给予常规重建钢板内固定术治疗，观察组则采取3D打印与定制钢板内固治疗；观察两组临床相关指标与术后功能恢复情况。结果两组术中出血量、手术时间、恢复正常活动时间、优良率等对比，观察组均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论3D打印技术可为新鲜闭合骨盆骨折患者实现精确化、个体化治疗，缩短治疗时间，提升骨折复位效果，加快患者术后恢复。
Objective To analyze the value of 3D printing for patients with freshly closed pelvic fractures. Methods A total of 90 patients with freshly closed pelvic fractures treated at our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected as study objects and were divided into a control group and an observationgroup using random number table method. The control group were treated with conventional plate fixation and the observation group with 3D and customized plate fixation. The clinical related indicators and postoperative functional recovery in both groups were observed. Results The intra-operative bleeding volume, operation time, time for recovering to normal activity, good and excellent rate were better in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusion 3D printing technique can achieve precise and individualized treatment for freshly closed pelvic fractures, shorten the treatment time, improve the effect of fracture reduction, and speed up the patients＇ recovery.
