摘要
热电偶是根据热电效应测量温度的传感器,是目前工业生产过程中应用最广泛的一种温度测量仪表,其主要特点是测量范围大,测量精度高,结构简单,热响应快。热电偶与显示仪表、DCS系统配套使用就可以实现被测介质的温度测量。就个人多年来对热电偶的使用经验,主要介绍了热电偶在氧化铝生产企业的应用情况和检修维护经验,希望能为热电偶的使用提供一些思路。
Thermocouple is a sensor which is used to measure temperature according to thermoelectric effect.It is the most widely used temperature measuring instrument in industrial production process.Its main characteristics are large measuring range,high measuring precision,simple structure and fast thermal response.Thermocouple and display instrument,DCS system can be used to measure the temperature of the measured medium.Combined with personal experience in the use of thermocouples for many years,this paper mainly introduces the application and maintenance experience of thermocouple in alumina production enterprises,providing some ideas for the use of thermocouple.
