摘要
鲍曼不动杆菌已发展为医院的重要感染致病菌之一,蔓延迅速产生较强的耐药机制,对患者的治疗带来很多困难。鉴于现阶段该菌严峻的感染形势,本文从该菌的类属、特性、生长环境及条件、耐药情况、药敏监测、基因检测等方面进行综述,总结了一些措施,给需要了解该菌的人一些指导思路。
Acinetobacter Bauman( Acinetobacter species),an important pathogen of nosocomial infection,would bring many difficulties and challenges for the hospital to treat the patient,which infected severely,spread rapidly,and would produce strong resistance mechanism. In view of the situation of the severe infection bacteria,Acinetobacter Bauman was reviewed in this paper from the bacteria species,characteristics,growth conditions and environment,drug resistance,drug susceptibility,gene detection,and so on. Furthermore some basic measures to prevent nosocomial infection of Acinetobacter Bauman were summarizedand. Give some guidance to people who need to know the bacteria.
