摘要
选用3种不同的铜粉,添加到低密度聚乙烯/线性低密度聚乙烯树脂中进行共混后,吹制成膜。通过激光粒度分布仪、扫描电子显微镜确定铜粉的粒径、形貌和分散状态;通过导热仪、导电测试仪、透湿仪和透氧仪分析检测复合薄膜的导热、导电性能和阻隔性能;通过热氧老化试验和力学性能测试分析了复合薄膜的耐老化性能。结果表明:3种铜粉中,粒径为17.2μm的片状铜粉分散均匀。添加铜粉后,复合薄膜导热系数达到了1.426W/(m·K),导电性能达到抗静电要求;复合薄膜的阻隔性能得到很大提高,阻水能力提高了35%。复合薄膜经老化后的力学性能有所降低,但是强度仍可以达到较高的值。
Three kinds of copper powders were added to modify the properties of the LDPE/LLDPE composite films,which were fabricated by blowing method.The sizes,dispersion of copper powders were determined by laser particle size distribution and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The thermal conductivities,electric conduction and barrier properties of the composite films were analyzed by conduction calorimeter and conduction tester,moisture permeation meter and oxygen permeation measurement.The aging resistance of the composite films was mearsured using the thermal oxygen aging machine and universal tensile machine.The results showed that the copper powders with particle size of 17.2 μm were flaky and homogeneously dispersed in the polymer matrix. Moreover,with the addition of copper powder,the thermal conductivity of the composite films increased to 1.426 W/(m·K)and the composite films met the requirement of antistatic electricity.In case of barrier properties,the water permeation resistance had an increase of 35% after adding the flaky copper powder.After aging,the mechanical properties of composite films were reduced,but the strength still achieved relatively high values.
