摘要 基于物联网的开放实验室管理系统,从温湿度、光照强度、可燃气体等多个方面对实验室进行环境监控,使实验室成员能够舒适地在实验室中学习;采用射频识别技术实现了签到、门禁功能和仪器设备的借还记录功能,不仅保证了实验室的安全防盗,还能自动记录实验室人员的出勤情况,省去了人工记录信息的不便,也可以记录实验室设备的借出情况,有效地避免了设备丢失带来的损失;系统还可以通过远程控制实验室内的窗户、灯光等,方便实验室人员的生活;利用物联网与各种传感器、单片机构成节点,完成了各模块之间数据的采集、传输和处理;并利用PC机作为上位机,实时记录和显示实验室的环境信息,并将信息通过ipv6网页服务器实时发布到公网,使用者可以通过手机、电脑任何终端设备打开网页查看工位使用情况合理分配位置。该系统设计既满足了学生对实时开放实验室的需求,也减少了实验室管理的负担,达到了开放式的设计要求。 The open laboratory management system based on Internet of Things could realize the laboratory environment monitoring,from the temperature and humidity,light intensity,flammable gas and other aspects,so that the laboratory members can comfortably study in the laboratory. Firstly,by using radio frequency identification technology to achieve the check-in,access control function and the recording function of instrument equipment,the system not only ensures the safety of the laboratory anti-theft,but also automatically records the attendance of the laboratory personnel,reducing the inconvenience of manual recording information; besides,also records the use of laboratory equipment,effectively avoids the equipment loss. Next,the system can further remotely control the windows,lights,and so on,to facilitate the life of laboratory personnel; The data collection,transmission and processing between each module are completed by using ZigBee,various sensors and single chip microcomputer. After that,the research uses PC as the host computer,real-time records and displays the environmental information of the laboratory,therefore uploads data to Http server through ipv6 protocol. It is determined that every device can access the reasonable distribution position of the station by visiting the designed ipv6 website. The design of the system not only satisfies the needs of students for the real-time open laboratory,but also reduces the burden of laboratory management,and meets the open design requirements.
