摘要
集团化办学培养应用型人才是深化职业教育改革,增强职业教育服务经济社会发展能力的内在所需。广西生态工程职业技术学院在林业集团化办学条件下开展园林专业应用型人才培养的实践,其改革的核心内容是:用育结合,校企协同,提高培养目标与企业用人需求的吻合度,重构园林专业应用型人才培养模式;产学结合,构建理实一体课程体系;学研互动,提高人才培养质量同类专业人才培养。这些实践经验为提高人才培养质量和服务经济社会发展能力,推动职业教育集团化可持续发展提供借鉴。
Running school in collectivized way to cultivate application-oriented talents is an inherent need to deepen reform of vocational education and to intensify the ability of vocational education to serve economic and social development. Guangxi Eco-engineering Vocational and Technical College carries out practice on cultiva-tion of application-oriented talents for gardening specialty under collectivized school-running conditions in the forestry industry with kernel contents of reform as 4^Combination of Cultivation with Application and Cooperation between Enterprises and College” to raise its elevation of cultivation targets meeting talent demands of enterprises and to reconstruct cultivation mode for application-oriented talents in gardening specialty; “Combination of Pro-duction and Study” to construct a curriculum system integrating theories with practice ; “Interaction between Research and Study” to enhance talents cultivation quality. These practice experiences have provided use for reference to raise the talents cultivation quality and the ability to serve social and economic development and to pro-mote sustainable development of collectivized vocational education.
